Collaboration is key to success in any field of study. Teachers in particular should communicate lesson plans and techniques. This allows teachers to fine tune a lesson so children will learn faster and fully grasp the concepts. There are no legal limitations to lesson plans but the stigma is that teachers are stealing from one another; in truth the teachers are stealing from there students. Teachers that collaborate will be able to spend more time with the important topics and less time having to convey information and in ways that students will not accept.Here is a great video that allows you to peak into what I value from collaboration:
